Saying goodbye to Ruan - help with funeral expenses
After the sudden passing of Ruan, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Ruan, my uncle, passed away on 8 August after a stroke. He was 82 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $800 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 20 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Ruan to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
Where the $800 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $540
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $160
• Transport of the deceased: $45
• Memorial gathering for the family: $55
