Rose, my wife, passed away on 18 September after a road accident. She was 33 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,000 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 6 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Rose to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $310
• Funeral home services and casket: $620
• Memorial gathering for the family: $70
