René passed away on 3 August; we're raising $2,050 for a respectful funeral in Calgary.

René, my uncle, passed away on 3 August after a road accident. He was 77 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 21 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want René to have a dignified farewell.

The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
