Rafael, my uncle, passed away on 27 June after complications from pneumonia. He was 81 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 3 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Rafael to have a dignified farewell.
