Saying goodbye to Pierre - help with funeral expenses

Pierre, my uncle, passed away on 24 August after a short illness. He was 39 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,150 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 September. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Pierre to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
