Pedro, my brother, passed away on 20 July after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 48 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $400 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 3 August. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Pedro to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $400 goes: • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $195 • Transport of the deceased: $100 • Memorial gathering for the family: $105 Thank you so much. - Patricia
