Saying goodbye to Paula - help with funeral expenses
Paula passed away on 29 May; we're raising $4,400 for a respectful funeral in Berlin.

Paula, my wife, passed away on 29 May after a long fight with kidney disease. She was 51 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $4,400 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 5 June.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Paula to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.
Where the $4,400 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $2,800
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,000
• Transport of the deceased: $370
• Memorial gathering for the family: $230
