Saying goodbye to Lidia - help with funeral expenses
Nadia lost her mother suddenly and the family cannot cover funeral and burial costs of $750.

Lidia, my mother, passed away on 26 August after a sudden heart attack. She was 89 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $750 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 6 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Lidia to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
Where the $750 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $320
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $310
• Transport of the deceased: $65
• Memorial gathering for the family: $55

Sure. The biggest one is funeral home services and casket, $320. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Good question.
