Heloísa passed away on 5 July; we're raising $1,550 for a respectful funeral in Petrópolis.

Heloísa, my sister, passed away on 5 July after a short illness. She was 56 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,550 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 23 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Heloísa to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Petrópolis hospice.

• Funeral home services and casket: $850
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $510
• Transport of the deceased: $75
• Memorial gathering for the family: $115
