Dinda, my mother, passed away on 2 July after a road accident. She was 24 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $250 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 15 July. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Dinda to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program. Where the $250 goes: • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $130 • Memorial gathering for the family: $45 • Transport of the deceased: $75 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
