Aline, my sister, passed away on 19 September after a stroke. She was 90 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 5 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Aline to have a dignified farewell.
