Save Ziggy: Victoria can't afford the emergency vet
Ziggy, Victoria's tabby kitten, needs urgent treatment for a tumor on the spleen costing $305.

Ziggy is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 9 May we rushed to the Cape Coast Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $305.
They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond June.
Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Cape Coast Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $305 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $20
• Emergency surgery: $280
• Medication and follow-up visits: $5
