Ziggy is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 16 August we rushed to Butwal Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Butwal Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
