Ziggy is my tabby kitten of six years. On 23 July we rushed to Oakland Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,350. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $290 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Oakland Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ziggy's recovery. Where the $2,350 goes: • Emergency surgery: $1,350 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $700 • Medication and follow-up visits: $300 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

  • Rooting for you, Marilyn. Give Ziggy a hug from me. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Jakarta Barat.
