Save Willow: Kiptoo can't afford the emergency vet
Please help Kiptoo pay for Willow's emergency treatment at Kisumu Animal Hospital.
🇰🇪 Kenya262 views
Willow is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 30 August we rushed to Kisumu Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Willow is more than a pet - Willow is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kisumu Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Emergency surgery: $370
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $35
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
