Save Teddy: Rizwan can't afford the emergency vet

Teddy is my rescue greyhound of three years. On 2 September we rushed to the Lahore Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $15 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Lahore Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $250 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $15
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $60
• Emergency surgery: $175
