Save Teddy: Ramón can't afford the emergency vet

Teddy is my cat of three years. On 28 March we rushed to Buenos Aires Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $200. They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $65 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Buenos Aires Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
