Save Teddy: Pradeep can't afford the emergency vet
A rabbit named Teddy needs emergency surgery - a $300 bill the family can't cover.
🇮🇳 India909 views
Teddy is my rabbit of three years. On 3 June we rushed to Vadodara Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Vadodara Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $120
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $90
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60
Thank you for reading my story.
