Save Teddy: Olumide can't afford the emergency vet
A tabby kitten named Teddy needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $250 bill the family can't cover.

Teddy is my tabby kitten of thirteen years. On 27 May we rushed to the Gwagwalada Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Gwagwalada Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Teddy's recovery.
Where the $250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $130
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $75
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $25
