Save Teddy: Arnel can't afford the emergency vet
A tabby kitten named Teddy needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $2,000 bill the family can't cover.

Teddy is my tabby kitten of three years. On 30 July we rushed to Bakersfield Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,000.
They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $240 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Bakersfield Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
