Save Sunny: Margaret can't afford the emergency vet
Please help Margaret pay for Sunny's emergency treatment at the Kinondoni Emergency Vet Clinic.

Sunny is my senior cat of two years. On 20 July we rushed to the Kinondoni Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Kinondoni Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Sunny's recovery.
Where the $250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $135
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $55
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $40
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

hope things get better soon, Margaret. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together. Take care
thinking of you and your family, Margaret. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out
Thinking of you and your family, Margaret. Your post was clear and honest.
Good luck. This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like!
Keep going, Margaret. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Depok!
