Save Simba: Cameron can't afford the emergency vet

Simba is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 11 October we rushed to the Jacksonville Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $600.
They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Simba is more than a pet - Simba walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $390 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Jacksonville Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.

• Hospitalization (2 nights): $310
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $125
• Medication and follow-up visits: $165
