Save Rosie: Urvashi can't afford the emergency vet
A rabbit named Rosie needs orthopedic surgery - a $500 bill the family can't cover.
🇮🇳 India802 views
Rosie is my rabbit of nine years. On 9 August we rushed to Udaipur Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Udaipur Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Rosie's recovery.
Where the $500 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $320
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $75
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

You're not alone, Urvashi. Give Rosie a hug from me. God bless.
Hang in there. Hope this works out for you. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Ekurhuleni.
so sorry you're going through this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't be hard on yourself for asking!
