Rosie is my German shepherd of three years. On 15 September we rushed to Toronto Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,200. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $370 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Toronto Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $2,200 goes: • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $115 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $620 • Emergency surgery: $1,465 I hope life is good to you. - Keith
