Save Poppy: Russell can't afford the emergency vet
Please help Russell pay for Poppy's emergency treatment at the Manukau Emergency Vet Clinic.
🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand610 views
Poppy is my German shepherd of nine years. On 31 May we rushed to the Manukau Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,800.
They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $125 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Manukau Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Poppy's recovery.
Where the $1,800 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $950
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $670
• Medication and follow-up visits: $180
I hope life is good to you.
