Save Poppy: Mehul can't afford the emergency vet
Poppy, Mehul's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $350.

Poppy is my rescue greyhound of six years. On 20 August we rushed to Kota Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kota Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $350 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $45
• Emergency surgery: $265
