Poppy is my senior cat of three years. On 28 March we rushed to Erie Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,400. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond June. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $105 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Erie Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Poppy's recovery. Where the $2,400 goes: • Medication and follow-up visits: $185 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $160 • Emergency surgery: $2,055 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot. - Andrew

Hang in there. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. All the best.

            • Wishing you peace. This could happen to any of us. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
