Save Pixel: Hossain can't afford the emergency vet
A rabbit named Pixel needs orthopedic surgery - a $200 bill the family can't cover.

Pixel is my rabbit of three years. On 11 July we rushed to Pune Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $200.
They have stabilized Pixel, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Pixel is more than a pet - Pixel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Pune Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pixel's recovery.
Where the $200 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $95
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45

Sure. The biggest one is diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork), $60. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
