Save Pixel: Deepa can't afford the emergency vet
Pixel, Deepa's tabby kitten, needs urgent treatment for bloat costing $300.

Pixel is my tabby kitten of thirteen years. On 11 July we rushed to Thrissur Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Pixel, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Pixel is more than a pet - Pixel got me through my hardest year. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Thrissur Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $100
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $105
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65
