Save Pepper: Waqas can't afford the emergency vet

Pepper is my cat of six years. On 14 October we rushed to Lahore Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $200. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond January. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
