Save Pepper: Sumaiya can't afford the emergency vet

Pepper is my cat of nine years. On 28 April we rushed to Bhopal Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Bhopal Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
