Save Oscar: Mateo can't afford the emergency vet
Please help Mateo pay for Oscar's emergency treatment at Laval Animal Hospital.
🇨🇦 Laval, Quebec, Canada571 views
Oscar is my cat of six years. On 7 September we rushed to Laval Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,800.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $310 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Laval Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,800 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $570
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $760
• Medication and follow-up visits: $320
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $150
Thank you so much.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Greetings from Gaziantep.
Looking forward to the next update. After 22 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
