Save Oscar: Helene can't afford the emergency vet
A German shepherd named Oscar needs emergency surgery - a $1,250 bill the family can't cover.

Oscar is my German shepherd of six years. On 30 August we rushed to the Frankfurt Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,250.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $175 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Frankfurt Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Oscar's recovery.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $520
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $450
• Medication and follow-up visits: $130
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $150
