Oscar is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 18 September we rushed to the San Diego Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,500. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar got me through my hardest year. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the San Diego Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,500 goes: • Emergency surgery: $770 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $350 • Medication and follow-up visits: $260 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $120 Thanks for reading all this. - Harold
