Mocha is my rabbit of three years. On 14 December we rushed to Porto Alegre Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $500. They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond April. Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $80 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Porto Alegre Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Mocha's recovery.
