Milo is my senior cat of eleven years. On 1 April we rushed to the Newcastle Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,850. They have stabilized Milo, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Milo is more than a pet - Milo is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $240 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Newcastle Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,850 goes: • Medication and follow-up visits: $240 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $240 • Emergency surgery: $1,370 Thank you so much.
