Save Milo: Puja can't afford the emergency vet

Milo is my three-legged dog of six years. On 28 August we rushed to Varanasi Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Milo, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Milo is more than a pet - Milo is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Varanasi Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $350 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $210
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $80
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $40
