Save Max: Ruan can't afford the emergency vet

Max is my tabby kitten of eleven years. On 25 February we rushed to the Soweto Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond April. Max is more than a pet - Max got me through my hardest year. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Soweto Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.
