Save Max: Leonardo can't afford the emergency vet
Max, Leonardo's senior cat, needs urgent treatment for a broken leg after a road accident costing $450.

Max is my senior cat of nine years. On 20 October we rushed to the León Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Max is more than a pet - Max is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the León Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $280
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $110
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60
Thank you for reading my story.
