Save Max: Héctor can't afford the emergency vet
Max, Héctor's senior cat, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $1,250.

Max is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 14 August we rushed to Móstoles Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,250.
They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Max is more than a pet - Max got me through my hardest year. I have already put $170 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Móstoles Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $680
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $230
• Medication and follow-up visits: $195
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $145
Thanks for reading all this.

Give Max a hug from me. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings.
