Save Max: Gustavo can't afford the emergency vet
Max, Gustavo's tabby kitten, needs urgent treatment for a foreign object blocking the intestines costing $650.

Max is my tabby kitten of thirteen years. On 28 August we rushed to Coyoacán Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $650.
They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Max is more than a pet - Max walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $100 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Coyoacán Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.

• Medication and follow-up visits: $115
• Emergency surgery: $340
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $195
