Save Maple: Roman can't afford the emergency vet
Maple, Roman's three-legged dog, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $3,350.

Maple is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 6 September we rushed to Columbus Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $3,350.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Columbus Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $3,350 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $2,200
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $610
• Medication and follow-up visits: $390
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $150
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
