Save Maple: Nevaeh can't afford the emergency vet
A rescue greyhound named Maple needs orthopedic surgery - a $2,550 bill the family cannot cover.

Maple is my rescue greyhound of two years. On 5 August we rushed to Warren Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,550.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $115 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Warren Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Maple's recovery.
Where the $2,550 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,650
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $310
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $340
