Save Juno: Rocco can't afford the emergency vet
Please help Rocco pay for Juno's emergency treatment at Latina Animal Hospital.
🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy3,553 views
Juno is my rescue greyhound of three years. On 10 February we rushed to Latina Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,950.
They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Juno is more than a pet - Juno is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $270 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Latina Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,950 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,050
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $550
• Medication and follow-up visits: $95
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $255
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
