Juno is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 15 August we rushed to Edinburgh Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,600. They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Juno is more than a pet - Juno walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $330 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Edinburgh Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
