Save Juno: Dinesh can't afford the emergency vet

Juno is my rescue greyhound of three years. On 6 September we rushed to Rohini Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Juno is more than a pet - Juno got me through my hardest year. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
