Save Hazel: Nicolas can't afford the emergency vet

Hazel is my rabbit of six years. On 28 February we rushed to Paris Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,250. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $85 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
