Save Hazel: Dennis can't afford the emergency vet

Hazel is my cat of nine years. On 12 August we rushed to Tamale Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
