Save Hazel: Benjamin can't afford the emergency vet
A dog named Hazel needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $2,350 bill the family can't cover.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom980 views
Hazel is my dog of thirteen years. On 30 July we rushed to London Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $2,350.
They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $135 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to London Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Hazel's recovery.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,350
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $480
• Medication and follow-up visits: $270
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $250
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

thinking of you. Gave what I could, wish it was more. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
