Ginger is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 3 March we rushed to Perth Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,750. They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $340 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Perth Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
